Butternut Squash parfait

A great grainfree breakfast option that gets some gut friendly veggies in first thing. A good transition for every client that finds it difficult to ditch the cereal and toast.  Oh, and its a bit like dessert. 

Banana and Almond Family style pancake

An actual viable pancake recipe for midweek.  Its all prepped the night before and cooked in the oven. No fretting or faffing about flipping them. Surely thats a winner right there!

Blueberry and apple Family Pancake

A nourishing, filling, low sugar family  pancake or cake depending on how much you can fool your kids!!! This can be quick if you prep the night before, ( and improves the nutrient availability) so its just a case of pop it in the over when you wake up and it will be ready by the time you and the kids are dressed. 

A great breakfast muffin, but equally  makes a fantastic school or after school snack as its free from nuts. These are handy  to keep in the freezer for those busy mornings and even better they contain no added sugar and only sweetened with fruit.   

A fantastic versatile  gluten free and dairy free  blueberry muffin, rich in  fibre, protein, and  quality  fats to avoid those 10 am energy crashes. The nuts can be easily swapped out for any seeds to make them nut free.
