The journey to better health can often seem too inconvenient, time consuming and expensive; something to be put off for a better time. So we just put up with the fatigue, pain, anxiety and poor sleep. I totally get it, I too did nothing for far too long myself, but nothing changes if nothing changes. So, instead of a leap, how about one simple step? Because that's all it takes to start the healing journey.
